Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd is an upcoming International standard “Call Center” serving local customers in Nepal. We are looking few job positions as listed below.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) – 50
- Applicant will require to provide phone support and address customer enquiries and complaints.
- Applicant is required to have clarity in communication, be punctual at work, be disciplined, have good listening skill, be motivated to achieve targets and have strong sense for customer satisfaction.
- Working experience on computer and knowledge of Internet technology will be preferred.
- Mode of conversation will be mostly in Nepali but will need some English language communication skill as well.
- Working shift will be mostly day shift but will require to be flexible with morning and evening shift as well.
- No prior experience is required but is value addition.
