Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd is an upcoming International standard “Call Center” serving local customers in Nepal. We are looking few job positions as listed below.
- Applicant will require to source and recruit various job positions for the company.
- Applicant will require to meet targets for hiring employees with required skills, conduct orientations and handover to respective departments and to meet retention target.
- Applicant will maintain proper filing of all employees and manage employee appraisal and advice with action plan.
- Applicant will also manage monthly attendance and prepare payroll register on time to process salary.
- Applicant may also be required to conduct counselling to employees.
- Mode of communication will be mostly in Nepali but will need English language communication skill as well.
- Working shift will be mostly day shift but will require to be flexible with morning and evening shift as well.
- Working experience in computer and Internet is required and with at least 1 year HR experience.
